I made a pasta sauce earlier this summer but it was a bit too garlicky (like really, I don't need to ever worry about vampires visiting the Schrank's household, ha). *To peel the tomatoes, I boiled a pot of water, put the tomatoes in the boiling water for 30-60 seconds, removed and placed in an ice bath. Once cooled, the skins peel right off!
